Spin, Double Date and Meatballs!

I think I have mentioned before how much I love spin. I really really  <3 it!
I feel like it really challenges me and I can really see a difference in my legs.. they are getting toned!   Try it, it's hard but it's so worth it and just a little insentive...

I am so fortunate to live within 45 min of one of my favorite bloggers Kristen. We really have developed and amazing friendship and not a day or two goes by where we aren't emailing or BBMing and supporting eachother.. We had a double date on Thursday..
<3 my Pretty!

We had some delecious Cabernet! And we have been to XO before we love their Tapa's menu they have Cognac Meatballs that are to die for...

  5. I understand you completely on the spinning classes. I too "like" it..I will never love exercise! I just feel like I get the most caloric bang from it! i try to go to at least 2 classes a week in addition to 2-3 other aerobic classes. I have a few girlfriends who I go to the other classes with that wont do spin with me! I wish I lived near you Nicole!

  6. Seriously, I envy your gusto for exercise. It's a New Years reso for me. Ugh.

You and Kristen both look so good. I bet anyone there would be floored in disbelief to know that you're WLS patients.

  11. Hey Nicole! Awesome job on the spinning. I have a question, how do you like your Polar? I am in the market for a HR monitor and I am looking at the FT60. I am gonna try and fit in spin this week with Zumba and training.
